Valor Mission Project is committed to providing clear and transparent refund policies for our donors. Donors who make a donation through our website have the right to request a full or partial refund within 30 days of their donation.
We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise which require donors to seek a refund on their donations. Refund requests should be sent via email to [email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject line and should include your name, the date of your donation, and an explanation of why you are seeking a refund.
Your refund request will be reviewed within 7 business days and we will notify you by email if your request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days from approval. Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for processing fees and other associated costs incurred before the donation was made.
Please note that all donations are final and non-refundable after the 30 day period has elapsed since the date of donation or if a refund is requested more than once within any given 12 month period regardless of amount donated or donor identity.
